Commercially aware and very astute estimating consultancy with over 25 years experience of working on commercial construction projects in Central London and South East Of England.

Specialising in structural alteration projects, builders work projects and major civil engineering projects requiring experience, accuracy and an understanding of both old and new construction, together with difficult access and ingress issues commonplace on construction projects in Central London. I started this company in the year 2001 and I now also prepare and submit construction adjudication claims in accordance with the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (HGCRA 1996) and later amended by the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (LDEDC 2009)
